The Bangladesh Civil Service Administration Academy (BCSAA), established on October 21, 1987, is a premier government institution dedicated to training civil servants in law, administration, and governance. Located in Shahbagh, Dhaka, the academy offers a comprehensive five-month foundational course for newly appointed officers of the Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) cadre. Additionally, it provides various specialized programs, including a one-year Master in Public Policy and Management (MPPM) course, to enhance the skills of mid-level officers .
